Run 4 The Sea 2019 Vendor Application

  • Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s 8th Annual Run for the Sea will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 in Juno Beach. The event features a four-mile run for adults and a one-mile kids fun run along the scenic beach road. After the race there will be a celebration of ocean and sea turtle conservation, fun for the entire family. All proceeds of the event will benefit Loggerhead Marinelife Center's mission.

    Please consider partnering with us by becoming a vendor at Run 4 the Sea. Vendors will be set up in Loggerhead Park, in between race registration and the race course. We expect over 700 participants this year. The cost to participate as a vendor is $100, which includes a table and 2 chairs.
    We are limited to only 15 vendors for this year's event, and will be accepting applications on a first come first serve basis. For questions please do not hesitate to contact me at (561) 627-8280 x127 or lfrasco@marinelife.org

    Conservation Contract.
     Focus on locally produced, sustainable products – items made from post-consumer materials or renewable resources.
     No single-use items for sale, no single-use plastic (e.g. plastic wrapping or plastic bags)
     No Plastic bags for holding products after purchase
     Packaging is the minimum amount required and is made of compostable materials
     Only eco-friendly cleaning products used
     Vendors to bring reusable water bottle for personal use.
     No food, beverages or balloons may be sold at your tent.
    *We encourage you to tell customers to recycle any printed materials that they take from your booth.

  • Vendor Agreement

    All vendors must be approved by the Run 4 The Sea Committe, you will be notified within three business days after application is complete. Then you will be sent a link for payment.
    Limitation of Liability: The vendor agrees to make no claim for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, against LMC, its members, agents, employees for loss, theft, damage or destruction of property or for any injury to vendor or its employees while on the event site.
    Insurance: Insurance is the responisbility of the vendor and is required. All vendors must provide a $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance policy listing Loggerhead Marinelife Center as the "certificate holder" and an "additional insured." Vendors are companies providing a service such as distributing food, services or selling items at the event. Vendors who are ONLY handing out marketing materials are classified as exhibitors and DO NOT need to provide insurance. If you are not sure how you classify, contact Luisa for help.
    Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for cancellation and for cancellation due to weather.
