ThunderCon will review your submission and contact you to let you know if you have been approved. We will do our best to assign you the time/day of your preference, but we cannot guarantee a time slot until the schedule is finalized. Final selections may not be determined until the schedule is completed. Please be patient.

*Fan/Community panels are focused on fans, the various communities and cultures related to attendees, and also include attendee-run panels and workshops. *

Panel / Workshop Length (How long will your panel / event last? Please allow 5-10 minutes for both set up AND tear down. (Example: A 1-hour panel will have approx. 40 minutes runtime. 10 minutes set up at the beginning, and 10 minutes to clear out at the end) *
Intended Audience (What is the appropriate age group for your panel? Thundercon is open to general public and children maybe present. Include any warnings/triggers/etc why a panel/workshop may not be for all ages. Examples include: foul language, violence, horror, etc. NSFW/18+ content is not permitted.) *
