Once contracted, all monies will be due with NO cash refunds, even if you are a no-show. A $40 NSF charge, plus the amount of the check, on all returned checks.

SHOW HOURS:
Friday (Congresses) 3 - 6 PM
Saturday/Sunday 9 AM - 4 PM
Please plan to remain in the hall and open for business during advertised hours.
SPECIAL NEEDS: All vendors will be assigned spaces by show management. Tables can be supplied by the vendor. Each space includes one 8' table and two chairs in a 10' x 10' approximate space. Please advise if you are bringing your own table. Decorations and set-up are the vendor's responsibility.
*CANCELLATIONS: A 50% penalty if cancelled on or before May 1, 2018.
*REFUNDS: No refunds after May 1, 2018
