Reseller's Policy
1. Reseller should always include his Reseller Code on the application forms of his clients, otherwise the account will not be credited to the Reseller. Online orders of the clients must also bear the Reseller Code for it to be credited to the Reseller.

2. Minimum quantity of FIRST ORDER upon approval of reseller’s application must be 20 boxes (mixed orders allowed)

3. What you see on LEISURE PHILS' albums are the suggested retail prices (our retail pricing) you may choose to have same pricing, or change it lower or higher than the SRP.

4. ORDER PROCESS
--Always ask for the availability of the items;
--Reseller must fill up an order form (don’t forget to indicate your reseller’s code).
-- Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders once you have submitted the Order Form.
--Wait for confirmation of availability of items within the day.
-First come, First Serve basis!

5. PAYMENT METHODS
---Payments are accepted thru BDO, Landbank, Union Bank, Western Union., LBC Padala, MLhuilier, Cebuana Lhuilier or any money transfer.
-- After payment you must inform me the following either thru txt or pm
*your name
*reseller’s code
* payment method (bank name/payment center name)
* amount,date and time
* control no or transaction no.

6. SHIPPING
-Shipping Fee must be shouldered by the Buyer/Reseller.
- We ship thru Xend Express, LBC or PHILPOST
-If there are delays of the shipment, We are going to inform you as soon as we can.
- Tracking numbers are sent thru email, text or pm and we usually post it on our site

-We also offer DROP SHIPPING to your buyers where we ship directly to your customers without you having to shoulder shipping fees.. Same discounted rate applies...
- The estimated transit time for shipments are the following:
1-2 days for parcels within Metro Manila
3-5 days for Provincial Areas
3-7 days for International Transactions

7. DISCOUNTS
Reseller’s Discount is 40Php per box (plus 1 box free for every 10)

8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
STRICTLY NO RETURNS. LEISURE PHILS will accept exchanges only for 2 reasons; If the items are mistakenly sent and factory defective. We will entertain request for exchange 10 DAYS after delivery.
