- I will lead by example, by demonstrating Leadership, Teamwork & Enthusiasm.

- I will Troubleshoot when an issue arises in Clear, Conscious and Fair Manner

- I will treat each camper as an individual, remembering the large range of emotional and physical development for the same age group.

- I will promise to double check facilities, Fields and equipment to make sure it’s safe to play.

- I will be Creative and Spontaneous at times to keep a good vibe and spark to the Camp

- I will make sure the Educational & Science Projects are completed and displayed for parents.

- I will remember that I am part of the ALM Family, and my job ultimate job is to make sure the campers are SAFE, having FUN and RETURNING the following Week.
