  • All transfers will travel the Costal Captain Cook Highway with minor delays (allow approximately 45 minutes travel time), utilising utilising and our associated businesses to include but not limited; Beep BeepToot, Cairns Airport Shuttle Bus & Port Douglas Shuttle Bus

  • Unless scheduled otherwise transfers are facilitated in our mini-bus
  • Child seats are compulsory on our transfers for children under the age of 7 years

  • Once we have confirmed you booking and you need to cancel or amend:

    Cancellations must be requested and received by phone call, booking enquiry form and or time and date stamped email:

    - Within 24 hours of travel or pick up time and date will result in a Void and Non-Refundable booking and full payment required

    - Beyond 24 hours of travel Amendment(s) Allowed one (1) date and or time change (price changes are applicable / excludes credit card fee(s) and or tour bookings).

    - Beyond 24 hours before travel cancellations receive refund less 15% to cover booking establishment fees.
