D- ($877.50) All of the above with a (10% Discount).

(A & B) ($725) *i will be submitting my own (Site Plans).

For Option C- (Site Plans). * You can often find your property's (Site Plans) along with the (Closing Docs).

For Option D-
Since you already decide it you need permits, might as well get all the necessary documents now.

(It's required by the city, WHETHER you select US as your builders or NOT. Why wait !
