We agree to inform our assigned Arts Council board liaison and Arts Council staff at info@keysarts.com of our program schedule so that they may observe program and process. We will notify the Arts Council if any schedule changes occur.

We will provide the program report when the project is completed. We understand that the report is considered part of this agreement, and that funds will not be released without it

We will document the project by submitting to the Arts Council one or more photographs (electronic preferred) and a few descriptive paragraphs suitable for use in a press release. Email photos to info@keysarts.com

We will submit receipts for materials and a time sheet from the artist(s). We understand the Arts Council will reimburse for expenses after the project and report are completed.

Payment of the grant award is contingent upon available funds.

We will show the Arts Council logo and the following credit line in all publicity regarding the project

“Sponsored in part by the Florida Keys Council of the Arts, State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Cultural Affairs, the Florida Council on Arts and Culture, and private donations.”
