Newly Extended Chapter Grant Application
The Minnesota Women of Today Foundation may issue a grant up to $250.00 per extension within the first two (2) years after charter date. All grants are subject to the approval of the Foundation's Board of Directors and must have the recommendation of the Extensions Director of the Minnesota Women of Today and subject to availability of funds. A chapter may apply for funds multiple times within a 2-year period with a maximum of $250.

NOTE: this form requires two (2) signatures: one from the Chapter President; and one from the Extensions Director (which will be included after submission). Be sure to have the chapter president present when completing this form. Signatures can be done by your mouse, or your finger on a writable screen.

Responses to the online form will be viewed by the State Extensions Director. Upon completion of the form, click Submit; you will receive a confirmation screen if your form has been successfully submitted. (rev 2020)

Be specific: i.e., to offset the cost of legal paperwork, filing articles of incorporation, PO Box, web site, training such as LOTS or President/State Delegate Retreat, Convention Registration for President/State Delegate, second year of liability insurance, help with a major project.
