Cousins! Are you ready to join us for the 4th annual Cousin's Link Up in Antigua?

If so you're in the right place to book! If you need flights added to your booking please contact Natasha@bluejourneystravel.com PRIOR to submitting your form to obtain current airfare rates. Flights will NOT be available for pricing until September 2024.

Each paying traveler should complete this form once ready to book and pay the deposit. Please enter names as they appear on passports and confirm date of birth is entered accurately as this will appear on your travel documents.
  • Who needs to complete a booking and deposit form

    All travelers paying their own deposit must complete a form to secure a reservation for booking. Please note that roommates must book on the same day. If sharing a room with someone confirm they will be sending in their form as well. Reservations will be booked once all roommate forms have been received.

    All travelers sharing the same package will be equally responsible for paying the balance. Roommates can submit payments for one another, which can be indicated when completing this form.

  • What's Not Included and will be additional $:

    1. Roundtrip Airfare - all travelers are responsible for their flight to Antigua and Barbuda Airport (V.C. Bird International Airport (ANU) or you can add to your package to make payments.
    2. Travel insurance is NOT included and is strongly recommended to add at time of booking.

  • You can book airfare to the destination listed above with the airline of choice directly or with Blue Journeys. To add airfare there is an additional $200.00pp deposit due at time of booking. The $200.00pp deposit is a partial payment towards your flight, not the total airfare cost. Rates are subject to availability and it is highly recommended that you book your airfare right away. Cancellations due to air are subject to cancellation fees.
  • Travel protection is not mandatory nor required but Blue Journeys, LLC HIGHLY recommends that you purchase to help protect your investment. Travel protection coverage can protect you from expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident and/or rental car physical damage. When traveling outside of the country U.S. Medical Insurance is not accepted in other countries and should you become sick or injured, you will be liable for any associated costs.

    If you choose to decline this protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that Blue Journeys, LLC is not liable or responsible for loss of any kind.

    You acknowledge that you have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection.

  • All travelers, regardless of age must have a valid passport for international travel by air. International air travel requires a Passport BOOK; travelers carrying a passport CARD will be denied boarding at the airport. Passports need to be valid for at least SIX (6) months after your return date along with a minimum of two (2) blank pages. Current routine passport processing time is 10-13 weeks. Expedited services are available. Processing times may be shorter or longer based on passport processing center. Please allow sufficient time to order prior to vacation date.

    A Visa may be required to visit specific countries and is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a visa prior to departure if required.

  • By checking this box, I acknowledge I have requested Blue Journeys, LLC to make one or more travel bookings on my behalf. As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the travel supplier, over which Blue Journeys, LLC has no control.
