Cruise-In Participants and guests shall defend, indemnify and hold The Grounds, Penelope House, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers harmless from any and all injuries, damages, losses or suits including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with the 2025 Mobile Chocolate Festival Event. Furthermore, the above mentioned sponsor reserves the right to refuse registration from any potential entrants.
