Congratulations! We are pleased to invite you to sing with The Jacksonville Children's Chorus this season.

Please complete the following:

1. This Online Registration Form

2. Submit payment for your singer's registration fee. Registration is NOT complete until payment has been received.

Once the registration form is complete and the registration fee is paid, you may begin attending rehearsals.

3. Complete a 2024 - 2025 Medical Release Form – notary required.

4. Apply for a Scholarship, if applicable, by completing the 2024 - 2025 Scholarship Application.
