"I am a customer service professional with over 10 years of experience responding to all types of customer inquiries both calls and emails. My most recent job was for a US-based publishing company in Indiana. I manage an average of 50-100 inbound and outbound calls and respond to 100 email inquiries on a daily basis.
During my first year, I was assigned to the Customer Support Department, in charge of answering incoming calls, verification, and probing issues so I can transfer customers to the appropriate representative or department to further assist with their concerns. In the following year, I was moved to the Marketing Services team, wherein I assist customers in the fulfillment of their marketing materials and services such as website creation, email campaigns, social media advertisements (Facebook and Instagram), design, and print promotional items like posters and business cards. I also help create promotional videos and set up shows and events.
I communicate and coordinate with the internal departments and assigned administrators to prepare these materials by email. Once ready I send these to the customers and contact them for approval then I can proceed with launching and production. I have handled customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem then provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. I have proactively resolved around 90 customer concerns every day resulting in a 95% customer satisfaction rating.
