Data Permissions

To create your summary analysis, DAISI will look up your pupils using their UPNs in Key to Success to download their characteristics (FSM, EAL) and KS1 Prior Attainment.

The information provided to the DAISI Service of Nottingham City Council for use in creating your QLA report(s) will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise agreed and will be held for up to 3 years. Data can be deleted sooner on request. The data is stored on NCC owned and locally operated secure storage drives on the NCC computer network. After the timeline outlined has elapsed, the data will deleted from our servers.

Please note.. No person identifiable data is shared beyond the DAISI Service. The reports that are sent back to your school contain personally identifiable data, and will be sent to you in an encrypted form.
