Terms and Conditions
• Orders may be submitted at any time but please note that manuals may not be dispatched
until previous invoices settled
• The course must be registered and approved for certificated manuals (faculty list notification complete)
• This is an official purchase order form for a registered course centre
• You will be invoiced at the time of dispatch and payment terms are strictly 30 days nett
• If the invoice is not settled within 30 days future ARC courses may not be registered
• No refunds or credits are available on registrations for candidates not achieving or attending courses
• No refunds or credits are available on unused registrations (transfer of certificated places to following courses may be possible if the hard copy manual remains in course centre possession)
