    March 2005 -September 2015

    I have 8 years of experience when it comes to customer service and Sales. I handled the AT&T account, a sales and customer care account, and assisted many clients with consistent scores when it comes to CSAT. I also got promoted to Team leader and handled a group of 14-20 agents. I'm in charge of taking escalation calls, real-time assistance. Conduct meetings and coaching to agents. I enjoyed the job so much seeing my previous agents now promoted and have their team.

    I attended and trained with the best manager and coaches there is. I also underwent training Team Leader Development Program, Coaches Program Training. Sales Training


    Sept 2015-Sept 2018

    I also have experience when it comes to Recruitment and Hiring with ADP company. I'm AIRS(Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) certified. My task is to source and find the best candidates that would fit the job and endorse it to my Hiring manager. I'm also trained for Small Business payroll and processing.

    I really enjoyed working for the company and working with my team as well. The joy of getting your first hire and processing the cheque for their first payment is what makes me motivated and ready for more tasks.


    October 2020-July 2021 I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a claims management company. Ingram Toft is a UK based company that help and assist clients to file a claim against companies for irresponsible lending,

    I answer Inbound Calls and give our clients updates on their Claim status and refund cheque. What I enjoyed about this job is the ability to help the client and make them happy once they received their refund cheque."
