** Algebra (academic): a grade of C or higher (high school or college level)

** Biology (academic) with a lab component: a grade of C or higher (high school or college level)

** Chemistry (academic) with a lab component: a grade of C or higher (high school or college level)

** Submission of the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) score report.
