    3. For those that you review with Max that are on this list who have not clocked in hourly, call them on their cell phone

    "The easiest way is to take your phone and put hourly alarms. I can help you. Do you have Android or Iphone?"

    If Android - go to App Icon called clock and then click Alarm and set 11 alarms, 1 for 10pm, 1 for 11pm all the way to one hour before end of shift

    If they are in a facility, consider adding their cell phone # or the nurses station phone # in CC under the client plus check the box to the right of the phone icon"
