I also understand that the above vendor will be in my unit unsupervised and is solely responsible for returning the unit key back to the Marina Bay Club office. Marina Bay Club, its Board of Directors, Sandcastle Community Management, or the Property Manager shall have no responsibility to ensure that the unit key is returned to the Marina Bay Club office.
