Pen Sale Registration Form
Register here for the annual Wild West / Golden West Alpaca Show Pen Sale. West Alpaca Show at Cal Expo in Sacramento on April 4th through 6th 2025. Check in is on April 3rd. Don’t want to participate in the alpaca shows, no problem. Just bring your alpacas you wish to sell, and they will be showcased for a total of three days. What a fantastic opportunity to market your animals for a one-time cost of $250 per stall. Limited to two alpacas of the same sex, from the same farm, per stall. Purchase of stalls limited to two per farm. For those farms who have entered animals in the shows, you can move your alpacas to the pen sale at any time. You will also be required to pay for an additional stall at the pen sale for that show alpaca. Like all pen sales or shows you will still need a copy of the alpaca’s Registration Certificate, a CVI, proof of microchip and negative BVDV on the CVI at vet check-in.


Attached you will find the entry form to fill out to enter your Alpacas in the pen sale. Once Completed write your check out to Calpaca and mail both entry form and check to: Michelle Ing, Calpaca Treasurer, at P.O. Box 2073, Granite
Bay Ca. 95746. The deadline to receive your entry form will be postmarked by March 21, 2025. Please include signage for owner contact information on each pen. ALL ANIMALS MUST HAVE SIGNAGE FOR EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION
