Camp Scherman offers a Counselor-In-Training II program for high school Girl Scouts interested in becoming camp counselors. Part of their training includes working with girls ages 7 - 13 years and each CIT II assumes a share of the responsibility and leadership within the group.
The quality and integrity of the CIT II applicant that we select are very important to us. Children are placed in the care of those we select, under the guidance of our staff.
