  • NOTE: per the convention contract, the host covers comps for the USWT President and USWT Chairman of the Board. All other members, including national staff, pay their own registration.
  • NOTE: per the convention contract, the host covers comp rooms as follows:
    *Mid-Year: USWT President - one (1) room, not to exceed three (3) nights; and USWT Chairman of the Board - one (1) room not to exceed two (2) nights
    *Annual: USWT President and USWT Chairman of the Board - one (1) room EACH, not to exceed three (3) nights
  • Miscellaneous Information

  • Include name tags, special attractions, parties, etc.
  • Provide the name of the organization for the Service Project (i.e., serve meals at the local homeless shelter) or Buckets of Sunshine Project (i.e., collect items for a local domestic violence shelter). Work with the USWT Public Relations Director to promote this project to members attending convention.
