American Heritage Girls is seeking quotes for a Professional Photographer/Videographer who exhibits Christ-like servant leadership while working with staff, volunteers and the public. This position will create photography and videography that communicates, supports, and promotes AHG objectives and brand image. Contractor must provide his/her own equipment and is responsible for traveling to various locations around the country to take photos and videos from a provided shot list, editing through the photos and videos, and sending the final files to AHG with a copyright release. Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed by AHG to contractor. This is a temporary, non-benefited position.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Photography: 50%, Videography: 50%

Capture Content: 
Take photos and videos (from a prescribed shot list issued by AHG, Inc. Staff) of AHG Troops at various locations.

Edit Content: 
Use editing software to create polished videos and images aligning with the AHG Brand. 

Maintain AHG Brand Guidelines: 
Ensure that content aligns with AHG Brand’s standards and that the AHG Official Class A, Official Class B, Girl Member Uniforms and Adult Member Uniforms within captured photos and videos are correct. 


Organize: 
Archive and organize images and videos within AHG, Inc.’s Digital Asset Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Passion for serving God in the AHG Ministry • Agrees with and lives out AHG’s Statement of Faith • Owns and is proficient in operating personal Photo and Video Equipment • In-depth understanding of the creative process and project management • Expertise in Adobe editing software • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams • Strong photography and videography skills; strong level of creativity and professionalism • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines • Highly collaborative and enjoys working with teams • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Possesses strong time management skills • Highly focused and detail-oriented • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
