The OWNER will be held responsible for clean-up of the Pool house, Amenity area, and any damage to the Pool house/Amenity Area.

ACKNOWLEDGE & AGREE
The pool house must be left in the same condition it was found prior to the event. You must take your trash with you! PLEASE DO NOT PUT TRASH IN CONTAINERS BY THE POOL OR IN THE RESTROOMS! The pool house furniture must be restored to its original layout. Part or all your deposit will be kept if repairs are needed after your event. You are confirming you understand and will abide by the Pool House rules.

A Security Deposit of $100.00 (refundable) is required to secure reservation payable to The Cove Homeowners association. The deposit must be delivered to the property manager in person or via postal Mail.
