4. Our service specialises in Cairns to Port Douglas and all destination in between shuttle services
5. Yes we pick up and drop off to all hotels and motels or for your destination as required in our private transfer service.
6. At the T2 Domestic terminal make your way to the Bus & Tour Groups pickup area which is outside the doors at the end of baggage carousel three where your driver will meet you or the driver will send a message to let you know which parking bay your vehicle will be parked.
7. At the T1 International Terminal please use undercover walkway to domestic terminal and follow instructions per point number 6.
8. Bookings received after 6:00 pm for the following day of travel and on the SAME DAY of travel have a Late Booking Surcharge of $10 per person.
9. Surcharge of $30 applies for any out of area pickups or drop-offs which include but not limited to, outside the CBD cairns, Machans Beach, Holloways Beach, Yorkeys Knob, and as required by management when considered to be out of the area.
10. Surcharge of $10 applies to any email, sms or telephone bookings other than Private or Agent bookings
