Expression of Interest (EOI) - Application Form

The London Arts Council (LAC), in partnership with LBMX Place, invites Bands residing in London, Ontario and surrounding First Nations (the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, the Oneida Nation of the Thames, and the Munsee-Delaware Nation) to apply for a paid opportunity to participate in the LBMX Musicians Mentorship Program

Applications will be accepted through the online application only, until Friday, May 2nd, 2025, at 4:30 pm.

Please note: incomplete applications will not be accepted or reviewed. All fields are mandatory, if a field is not applicable, please enter 'N/A'.

Please review the timeline in the program information on the LAC website to see the requirements of the Band and its Members.
