Welcome to the Dinner Reservation and Room Reservation page for the 40th Winter Retreat. A reservation for the Pastors, Credential Holders, and Spouses dinner on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 6:30 PM, is required. The cost of the dinner is $40.00 per person, you may make your reservation and payment below. No refunds after December 20, 2024.

SPOUSES ONLY)

FRIDAY, JANUARY 3 & SATURDAY, JANUARY 4 – OPEN TO EVERYONE

*HOTEL REGULATIONS FOR CHILDREN AGES 14 AND UNDER:
All children 14 and under must accompany an adult when on the premises. NO
EXCEPTIONS! Masks are optional.

There are two ways to make your dinner reservations. The dinner cost is $40.00 per person.

*WHAT IS THE HOTEL ROOM RATE?

The hotel room rate is $140.00 plus taxes (6% sales tax, 4% occupancy tax) per night. One night plus tax will be charged to your credit card when making reservations. A $100 incidental fee will be held on your credit card at check-in. The incidental fee will be refunded/released if not used. Be sure to review the cancellation policy when booking your hotel room.
