1.The registered AKC Name must start with the Burchi Woods Golden Prefix

2. If the Pet Owner wishes to place said dog, Eugene Burchi has the right for the first refusal .

3. Said dog shall not be allowed to roam|stray in the community where the Pet Owner resides or in any other place that above said dog could be endangered.

4. Said dog shall be given adequate food;water;proper housing and shade. Said dog shall not be kept chained or tied outside in any manner,nor shall be left in a Hot|freezing closed up automobilies or garages,etc.

5. Eugene Burchi has the right to reclaim said dog back if it is found to be in abusive|neglectfull environment at no cost to him.

6. The Pet Owner agrees to tattoo|microchip said dog by three (3) months of age but no later than six (6) months of age.

7. Said pet will have proper veterinarian care; all required vaccinations must stay current; and a year round heartworm preventative used.

8. Pet Owner must have said dog spayed or neuter. Females no sooner than 9-12 months of age; Males no sooner than 18-24 months of age.

9. The Pet Owner understands and agrees that said puppy cannot be sold anywere outside of the United States or Canada. (see note # 2)

10. When breeding this Sire and Dame every reasonable precaution was taken to help prevent the offspring from acquiring hereditary faults by getting official clearances (hips, elebows, heart and eyes on both parents. Future precautions consisted of basic health; temperaments,etc. this does not guarantee the offspring will not acquire these hereditary faults and therefore the buyer holds the breeder harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands , causes of action and |or all cost incurred should this present itself . Be aware that Joint dysplasia is not only hereditary. Excessive weight at any age or excessive |strenuous exercise and|or rough play at a young age (less than 18 months of age) can cause joint dysplasia.

11. A vet check must be performed within 3 business days of taking the puppy home. If your vet finds a genetic issue or health issue that requires the puppy to be euthanized, or it cannot function as a pet, the puppy must be returned immediately and a full refund of the puppy price will be refunded.

12. until all required vaccines shots are completed, do not expose your puppy to public places as they can still pick up these deadly viruses anywhere. Rabies should be given no sooner than 6 months of age but not in combination with any vaccines.-N/A

13. The Pet Owner AGREES and UNDERSTANDS that their puppy will receive non-reversible “Limited Registration Papers”, and is exclusively “ A PET “. This means the puppy CANNOT be used for breeding purposes. AKC papers will be held until proof of spay|neuter is provided to the breeder from the vet.

14. The PET OWNER Agrees to enroll in a Puppy Training Class once all inoculations are complete. If your Golden is properly trained and socialized they are a pleasure to live with. If they are not, they are a handful and can be destructive.

15. The owner(s) listed above shall be solely and exclusively responsible for any liability or claim which may arise in any way from dog’s actions and|or the Pet Owner’s failure to act accordingly. The Pet Owner(s) also understand the risks of owning a dog and therefore shall indemnify, defend and save Eugene Burchi/ Burchi Woods Goldens harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, damages and|or all cost, asserted against or imposed upon Eugene Burchi|Burchi woods Goldens which is or are in any way asserted, claimed or imposed upon the PET OWNER or their dog whether as result of the dogs actions, or otherwise.

16. I will love, protect and train our puppy with patience and respect.

I, the undersigned PET OWNER (s) understand and agree to the above set terms of this contract and have three business days from the date of deposit to cancel this agreement. The Pet Owner understands that if any provision set forth herein that are directly or indirectly broken, a $5,000 fine will be imposed upon the Pet Owners for Breach of Contract as well as all costs incurred by the Breeder in order to collect said fine, including but not limited to Legal Fees, Court cost, etc.

Additionally, in the event any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, those provisions to the extent enforceable as though the invalid points had not been included in thus agreement.
