Housing Lockout & New ID Card Form
All students will be charged a $25 key fee for any ID card replacement. (Note: Not including normal wear and tear up to the discretion of the University Housing and Residential Engagement Office).
After one lockout per semester, residents will be charged $25 for each subsequent key-in.
Temporary cards will only be issued in special circumstances determined by the University Housing and Residential Engagement Office. Failure to properly return a temporary card will result in a $25 fee.
