If there is any reason you can believe your club could not be in full compliance with age divisions, forms of the games and maximum roster sizes set forth for Recreational programs by the Iowa Soccer Association and US Soccer, please indicate specific areas and/or age groups here. This response does not automatically disqualify you from the bulk registration option, however we do ask that clubs are truthful and work towards becoming fully compliant in the next 12 months. Repeated efforts to not become compliant could disqualify clubs in future seasons. Do you agree to submit the end of season report to Iowa Soccer that identifies the way teams were formed, roster sizes (including game active), the league's age divisions and the forms of the game played at each age group by the indicated due date?
