Should your referees wish to email their letters directly, please list their names below and have them direct all emails to osf_apply@ahs.ca with your name included in the subject line.

All reference letters must be received within 3 weeks of the application submission date.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the applicants responsibility to request the reference letters as we do not contact the referees directly to request the letter.
