Minibus Collection Form

Please fill out this minibus collection form after key collection and before departure.

Before starting your hire you MUST check the condition of the vehicle and submit this form to ensure that there are no damages to or issues with the vehicle that Student Activities are not already aware of.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of the minibus beforehand and don’t complete this form, then you as the driver could be charged for existing damages to or issues with the minibus (details on this can be found in the Minibus Drivers Handbook).

If you feel that the condition of the vehicle is unsatisfactory and a danger to drive, please phone 01895 269 269 or go in to the Union reception, and do not set off in the vehicle.

If we feel that the condition of the minibus warrants keeping the vehicle off the road, we will let you know.

You must submit a photo of the mileage, which is displayed on the dashboard when you start the vehicle.

Safe driving position/driving seat

Wipers/washers
Brakes
Bodywork damage
Interior damage
Vehicle cleanliness inside & out

Do not drive the minibus if:
Windscreen is severely cracked or vision is obscured
Doors are not working properly
Lights are not in working order
There's a brake warning on instrument panel warning lights
Brakes are not working properly
Engine management light is on
