The below form is to register your interest in being part of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group or the Aboriginal Advisory Group (AAG)

Members of either Group Shall adhere to the following:
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Be an active member of their respective community
- Adhere to the relevant terms of reference
- Attend group meetings as scheduled, either in person or via technology
- Provide feedback, advice and support to Netball WA regarding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander initiative, programs and engagement
