Call Jacob asap WHILE ON-SITE WITH THE VEHICLE, IF:
1) Calibration is not successful
2) Missing equipment or any change in address or scheduled plan
3) Vehicle's discrepancies do not do the job for any vehicle that is not registered in the case vehicle description unless it was approved ahead of time
4) If there is any evidence of tampering on existing units this warrants, he will instruct you on what documentation is needed and on what to try to resolve the issue and register your notes into the job sheet.
If you have any issues with the verification and cannot reach Greenroad, text or call Gina right away so they can try to reach Greenroad through the office. Do not leave until you can complete the steps.
