KCFW Vendor Market Application - S/S 2025
Thank you for your interest in participating in KCFW as a business vendor. We are now accepting applications for our March 2025 Vendor Market at Union Station. The KCFW Vendor Market will take place on Saturday, March 15th from 10 am - 4 pm followed by the Runway Show from 6 pm until 30 minutes after close of show. Each vendor participating in the vendor market will be required to stay for the Runway Show.
* Please note the following before submitting your information:
-If you are chosen, invoices will be sent out and are required to be paid in full by March 1, 2025.
- You will be provided with a 30" x 72" table, black linen, and 2 chairs for your use. Additional items will be the vendor's responsibility (e.g., extension cords, lighting, display stands, rolling racks, etc.)
- There is no set dimension of space, as it may vary between event, venue, and the number of participating businesses. However, space is unlikely to exceed 8' x 8'.
- You may have up to 2 people working your table. Additional persons will not be permitted without prior approval from KCFW.
- You are responsible for set-up/tear-down of your space in accordance with the time frame set out by KCFW prior to the events.
