This year the event will take place at Embassy Suites located at
550 Winter Street, Waltham, MA 02451

Travel Advisor's Trade Show will be held from 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm at the Mezzanine located on the second floor.

Dinner and short presentations will be from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the Drake Ballroom located on the first floor (just a few steps from the Mezzanine level.)

We have a block of rooms set aside for those who will be traveling out of state. Please see the information below for more details.

Door Prizes-
Each vendor is expected to bring a door prize with them -minimum value: 50.00USD.

Need a hotel room for the night? We have set aside a small block of rooms. The rate is 229.00USD per night, plus taxes (currently, 7% Sales tax & 11.7% hotel occupancy tax.) The booking link is as follows:

Terms and Agreement Hotel Accommodations: Currently, holding 10 rooms-rates are based on two adults sharing the room. The rate is applicable 3 days prior to the event and up to 3 days after the event based on availability. Hotel does have a early check-out penalty of one-night accommodations plus taxes. Hotel check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. All guests arriving before 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel front desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day. ** Overnight hotel parking fee of 15.00USD has been waived. Cut-off date for the room block is Tuesday, September 17, 2024 or when room block has been filled-whichever comes first. Room details are in the link above. Each vendor will have a 6-foot table with chair. Not that you would, however, as a reminder, the hotel does not allow fog machines, dry ice, confetti cannons, candles, incense, etc. Registration Cancel Fee: Non-refundable once payment has been received.
