As Owner(s) I/We agree to abide by the decision of the ARC/Board of Directors.
If the modification is not completed as approved, said approval can be revoked and the modification(s) will be removed at owner's expense.
I/we understand we must restore any property affected by this modification to its original condition and will promptly repair any damages to common areas or adjoining property at my expense should they occur.
I/we understand a deposit to the Lindsford HOA II may be required upon ARC application to cover any potential damage(s) that may occur during project from start to completion. This deposit is refundable upon approved completion.
Should I/we fail to promptly mitigate any damages, the HOA can use my/our deposit for repairs.
I/we agree to obtain all necessary permits and comply with all State, County and City codes and ordinances.
I/We understand I/we are responsible for locating all utilities prior to beginning any digging or excavation for project improvements/modifications/enhancements.
I/We understand I/we will contact CLA landscaping to locate irrigation lines prior to beginning this project if irrigation lines are within the scope of this project's work.
