Soft Touch - Softy"PICK YOUR FUTURE TIME FRAME"
Any "ESTABLISHED" (Must have attended at least ONE SESSION already to use this form), Soft Touch Client may use this form to suggest to our Management what day and time that you think you would like to come and Session with a "Soft Touch Performer". You may pick a Day and Time up to THREE DAYS IN ADVANCE. We will do our best to Schedule the Performer that you Selected for the Day and Time that you select with this form. WE CANNOT PROMISE THE DAY AND TIME YOU SELECT, BUT WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMODATE ALL REQUESTS.
Also, If you use this form, but FAIL TO TEXT IN ON THE DAY AND TIME THAT YOU SELECT WITH THIS FORM, You WOULD NOT be BLACKLISTED OR BANNED, HOWEVER, each user will start off with a 100% Reliability Score, AND with each "no-show", a Client's Reliability Score will drop three points. WHY IS A "Reliability Score" Important? Because in the future, if 2 Clients choose the Same Day and Time and Different Performer, we would lean towards approving the request of the Client with a Higher Reliability Score.....
HOWEVER, IF A CLIENT DOES GET THEIR RELIABILITY SCORE DROPPED FOR A "No-Show", they may bump it back up 3 Points, with a $100 Tip (That Client would give to the performer at their next visit).
With this Form, FINALLY, A CLIENT MAY REQUEST A FUTURE TIME FRAME FOR A "Soft Touch Performer". Please fill out the below Form, to Suggest a future time frame for a performer of your choice.

What is the TOTAL $ OF DONATION (INCLUDING ALL TIPS) that you would contribute to the Performer of this Future Session with the above mentioned "Soft Touch Performer" NOTE: If 2 "Soft Touch Clients" request the same Day and Time, The "Reliability Score" and the "Total Donation Amount" would be used as "Tie-Breakers" to determine which Client we would approve for the selected Time Frame.

Is there a chance that you may be early or late due to any reasons? If there is a chance that you may be early or late please just list the earliest and latest time that you would be texting in for your session NOTE: EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE FILLING OUT THIS FORM, BE SURE TO TEXT ME AT LEAST 12 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SELECTED TIME FRAME TO CONFIRM THAT WE RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST AND THAT WE ARE GOING TO SCHEDULE THE PERFORMER AS YOU HAD REQUESTED. Also, Be Sure to Text me as usual, when you are on your way to the Session itself.
