It is the responsibility of the passengers to verify documentation requirements directly with the embassy or consulate of the country of travel. Customs and/or immigration officials can deny a person entry into their country at their own discretion. We strongly recommend traveling with a passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. Please be aware that different living standards and practices exist outside of North America including but not limited to provisions of utilities, accommodations and services of all kinds.
The terms and conditions and flight booking rules of the airline apply. Any cancellations or charges will be according to the rules of the airline and their costs and penalties will apply. The Women's Travel Club charges $40 for voluntary changes. Changes and re-ticketing due to cancellations and changes by the airline are included in the initial service fee.
The Women's Travel Club (WTC) and Travello/Travel Professionals International (TPI) cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or mistakes on this form. Your reservation is subject to the rules and conditions of the airlines.
The Women’s Travel Club will recommend a current COVID-19 vaccination for all travelers on our tours. We travel together in small groups in close proximity, so for the health and safety of our members we recommend that everyone be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the start of the tour. Many of our suppliers already require proof of vaccination. It is the responsibility of the traveler to meet all travel requirements.

I understand that the card may be charged by third party suppliers in order to avoid unnecessary credit card processing fees. This payment authorization is for the flights described previously and my credit card may be kept on file for future payments. I will always be notified prior to any future charges.
