Travel Planning Fee Agreement

  • Thank you for your interest in Terra Mare Travel.

    My work is based on personal experience and professional expertise. In order to perform the professional services required to research and create your travel proposal, a planning fee of $300.00 is required to begin the planning process. By paying the Planning Fee, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
    This fee is non-refundable.

    After the Planning Fee is submitted, you will receive an online Traveler Questionnaire form. This form is filled out completely by you for me to properly research and create a custom proposal for your trip. I will do the required research to find the best options to meet your interests and budget and prepare a proposed itinerary. We will review the itinerary together and make any changes necessary. With your approval the itinerary will be ready to book.

  • Terra Mare Travel Fees

    Planning Fee -- $300.00
    NON-REFUNDABLE and required to begin the process of researching, planning, and creating your custom travel proposal.

    Advisory & Service Fee -- 3.75% of TOTAL TRIP COST
    This fee is based on your total trip cost and added to your FINAL trip invoice for FINAL payments. It is not charged now or with initial deposits. If the trip is cancelled the Advisory and Service fee will be refunded.
