  • Read descriptions of each track in CX Puzzle (See Guidelines).
    Choose one from the above that is the best fit for your abstract.
  • Should be 1-5 words.
    This gives another opportunity to describe the session, so we are clear on the main idea. Examples: Workplace Safety; CIS Implementation; Bill Reformat; etc.
  • Should be 10 words or less.

  • Write a clear summary/description of your presentation. It should be one paragraph - No bullets.

  • Write 2 to 3 learning objectives, focusing on what knowledge participants will gain from the presentation.
    Each should be 15 words or less, for a total of 50 words or less.
