All travelers, regardless of age must have a valid passport for international travel by air. International air travel requires a Passport BOOK; travelers carrying a passport CARD will be denied boarding at the airport. Passports need to be valid for at least SIX (6) months after your return date along with a minimum of two (2) blank pages. Normal passport processing time is 4-6 weeks. Expedited services are available. Due to Covid-19 processing times may be longer. Please allow sufficient time to order prior to vacation date.

Effective May 7, 2025 you will need a Real ID for all domestic air travel. Real ID's are not valid for international travel, you will need a passport.

A Visa may be required to visit specific countries and is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a visa prior to departure.

Each traveler is fully responsible to check and verify entry/exit restrictions, passport and visa requirements for your travel destination. Please visit https://travel.state.gov/

You will be required to submit your passport information to Endless Destinations by Rachel by your final payment date in order for us to process your booking. If you do not have your passport by your final payment date, your reservation could be at risk for cancellation and subject to cancellation fees.

Travel protection is not required but Endless Destinations by Rachel recommends it to help protect your investment. Travel protection coverage can protect you from expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage. When traveling outside of the country US Medical Insurance is not accepted in other countries, and should you become sick or injured, you will be liable for any associated costs. If you choose to decline this protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for loss of any kind. Cancellation policy information and documentation, including the additional cancellation and change policy of Endless Destinations by Rachel, have been provided for our travel services and you have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection. If you choose to accept travel insurance, you understand that the premium is non-refundable, even if you need to file a claim.

By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have received and reviewed the travel supplier's itinerary in full, and confirm that all details, including travel dates, flight times, destinations, and the spelling of names, are accurate. Changes made after the booking has been made will incur a $50 per person change fee, as well as any airline-imposed or supplier fees.

I understand that cruise lines may adjust itineraries and airlines may make schedule changes. These changes are beyond the control of Endless Destinations LLC, and while every effort will be made to assist with adjustments, any resulting impacts are subject to the policies of the cruise line or airline.

By checking this box, you are acknowledging you have received the travel supplier's itinerary and coordinating booking documents that outline the travel supplier(s)'s terms and conditions from Endless Destinations by Rachel. By checking this box, you are agreeing that you have read and reviewed the travel documents you have received. Some travel suppliers may reserve the right to change their policies.

Endless Destinations by Rachel will implement a non-refundable cancellation fee $50 PER TRAVELER should the trip be cancelled or changed for any reason after the initial booking. This fee covers professional time invested in your booking that could change as a result of the change/cancellation. This fee differs from any supplier cancellation/change policies that may also occur. Endless Destinations by Rachel reserves to right to implement the change and cancellation policy at a per traveler rate prior to processing the change/cancellation request.

By checking this box, you are acknowledging you requested Endless Destinations by Rachel to make one or more travel bookings on your behalf. As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the supplier. I further acknowledge that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, including my right to receive a refund, in such an event. I understand that should I elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. I understand that Endless Destinations by Rachel is not liable to these circumstances.

I understand that Endless Destinations by Rachel is applying the payment I am submitting to one or multiple of their accredited travel suppliers, such as Funjet Vacations, Apple Vacations, Travel Impressions, Disney, Delta Vacations, Vacation Express, Carnival Cruise, Royal Caribbean, GoGo Vacations, Southwest Vacations, Goway, GoElite, Pleasant Holidays, Classic Vacations, Norwegian Cruise Line, Rental Escapes, and/or Avanti Destinations. Therefore, your bank statement will have the charge posted from the supplier(s). Any payments that I submit towards this booking will be charged to the same supplier(s). Endless Destinations by Rachel will apply my payment to the supplier 24-48 hours after my submission of my payment.
