Local, Healthy, Naturally Raised, Hormone and vaccine free Angus beef. $9/lb if buying a 1/4. $8lb if buying a half or more. Price includes Custom cut and packaging, Delivery within 50km of the farm. Grass fed beef take longer to grow and generally have less meat overall. Prices are often $12/lb+ so this is a significant saving.

Sizes are 1/4 cow, 1/2 cow, 3/4 cow or full.
Size of cow varies but the average amount of meat per steer is approximately 600lbs.
Beef orders of less than a full cow, will be an even split between the cuts of meat.
*A side of beef will usually be enough to feed a family for a year.

You will receive an order form on how you would like your beef cut. Example -Roast sizes, thickness of steaks, 2lb hamburger packages etc. Custom cutting is included in your purchase. Vacuum sealing, is recommended and is an additional labour cost of $$1.00/lb

WHY BUY OUR BEEF?

Our beef cattle are raised locally in Southern Ontario on a farm that has not used any pesticides or herbicides in over 20 years!
Our cattle are very happy living in a natural environment Happy cows make for much better meat quality. We do not commercially feed our cattle, they are ;
-grass/hay fed
-no hormones
-no prophylactic antibiotics
-no vaccines
All humanely treated and this was also a huge consideration factor in our choice of butcher.
*We also have RAW BEEF Bones for your dog! Be sure to ask about this.

Commercially raised beef will have bigger cuts of meat due to the hormones and commercial feeding. Our cuts will be slightly smaller due to their more natural upbringing.

All beef is frozen.

Happy cows make for a better quality of meat.

Balance is due upon pick up/delivery date
