This Email Outlines The Work Michelin Is Trying To Get Drig Technicians On. This Is Not A Promise Of Work In Your Area, But I Feel This Is Going To Be A Very Large Customer That May Exceed Our Verizon Work
MICHELIN Connected Fleet NA
Good morning,
We hope this letter finds you well. As a valued partner to MICHELIN Connected Fleet, we would like to thank you for all your dedicated services provided to our customer base. We have been going through quite a few changes over the past year, and at this time we would like to take a moment to emphasize the significant benefits that come with your group completing all the e-learning (Masternaut) training modules, which are required in order for your group to be assigned work in our new SalesForce environment, which solely focuses on our new T&L/LCV solutions. Due to the thousands of established partnerships between MICHELIN and the trucking industry companies across the country, we anticipate (and are already seeing) new enterprise (1000+) accounts being signed up for the MCF solution. The fees associated are based on time and complexity of the install, and we anticipate these new solutions will bring higher levels of compensation to our installation partners, than ever before, so it is IMPERATIVE that you and your team get all the training modules completed so you can benefit from these new solutions/opportunities.
Based on the commitment your group has shown throughout the years, we firmly believe that by investing in this training and upskilling, your group will immediately become considered for a wide range of new opportunities coming from MCF.
Allow me to outline a few key advantages:
Enhanced Competence: Completing the training modules equips your team with the latest industry knowledge, techniques, and best practices. Clients recognize and appreciate such expertise, which can lead to an enhanced reputation for your company.
Improved Customer Confidence: When customers seek installation services, they value companies that prioritize professional development and industry standards. Completing training demonstrates your commitment to excellence, installing confidence in potential clients.
Adaptation to Technological Advances: The installation industry is constantly evolving, with new technologies and methodologies emerging. Completing training keeps your company up to date with the latest advancements ensuring your place as a top tier installation company here at MCF.
Since the launch of our new systems in early 2023, we have seen several large/profitable opportunities come through the pipeline. As an example of how missing the training opportunity can cause work to not be assigned or assigned elsewhere, one of our longest standing install partners lost the opportunity for a 120 unit T&L project (in their home town), that ended up paying out nearly $100k and was able to be completed in a short period of time. As we continue to grow and migrate our existing customers to the new MCF environment, we want you and your team to be a big part of it, as we move forward together. You/Your group play a vital role in the success of MCF, and we want you to be rewarded for all your efforts and hard work that go into helping us achieve that success.
Yours sincerely,
Anthony Williamson
