Please describe your project. Clearly describe the programming, the objective, audience, and number of participants, activities, locations, and key dates, and partnerships.
Example:
This project aims to offer two entrepreneurship training sessions to 150 Uruguayan university students, strengthening their knowledge and skills to develop innovative business initiatives. The first training will take place in Montevideo in August and the second in Salto in October, facilitating the participation of students from different regions of the country.
Each training session will feature two national experts and a U.S. specialist from XX University, who will provide practical advice on exploring international markets, increasing foreign sales, and attracting investment.
This project seeks not only to strengthen individual competencies but also to promote an entrepreneurial culture that drives local economic development and fosters connections with international markets.
Please describe how your project will achieve your selected Strategic Alignment.
Monitoring is the ongoing collection of data to measure program results. Monitoring can be conducted using tools and methods such as through registration forms, pre- and post-event surveys, interviews, focus groups, social media data, etc.
In this section, describe how and when you will track program results. Some examples of program results may include: participants increase knowledge and awareness about a topic; participants change attitudes about a topic; participants gain and practice new skills; participants change behaviors; and/or participants establish and sustain connections and partnerships. We recommend measuring changes in awareness and skills before and immediately after the activity, using a post-activity survey. We recommend measuring changes in attitudes and behaviors after the activity, using a one-month follow-up survey.
Example:
ACTIVITY: Training
PROGRAM RESULTS: 150 Uruguayan university students gain knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship.
HOW: Conduct pre and post surveys to assess participants' knowledge and awareness levels before and after the training.
WHEN: Pre-survey will be administered at the beginning of the program, and the post-survey will be conducted immediately after the training.
