NAFC & CRN's Access Initiative
The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) has partnered with the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (NAFC) on the Access Initiative, a collaborative effort to enhance healthcare access for underserved populations across the country. Through this initiative, CRN members have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the vital work of free and charitable clinics.
Whether you're interested in providing product donations, offering volunteer support, or contributing funding, there are numerous ways to get involved. By completing this form, you’ll help us understand how your organization would like to participate. Once submitted, a representative from the NAFC will reach out to discuss your interests and explore next steps.
Together, we can expand healthcare access and improve outcomes for those who need it most.
