1. Seats in shared bus transfers OR private transfer between Cairns Airport and Port Douglas on the Inland Highway via Mareeba. Please use this form until 20 January 2024 while the Captain Cook Highway is closed.
2. Available shared shuttles departing Port Douglas: 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:00 midday and 3:00pm.
3. Available shared shuttles departing Cairns Airport: 9:00am, 12:00 midday, 3:00pm and 6:00pm.
4. T2 Domestic pick up: Meet your driver with your name on a sign at baggage carousel 1 beside the airport shuttle desk.
5. Please book more than 24 hours before travel.
6. All Cairns Airport services commence and terminate at Cairns Airport.
7. Private transfer available all flights.
8. Transfers are taking approx: 2 hours 15 min but please allow extra time.

  • All transfers one way only. No passenger limit. Extra cost over our normal cost is to cover extra fuel and driver costs for extra 1.5 hours journey.
  • Private transfers only for all flights available. All transfers will go via currently Mareeba taking 2 hours 15 mins one way.
  • There are four available shared shuttles from Port Douglas, and four available shuttles from Cairns Airport.
  • Adults start at $70 per person one way or $135 for two adults one way.
  • All children $30 per child one way.
  • All private transfers will go via Mareeba taking 2 hours 15 mins one way while the Captain Cook Highway is closed. Private transfer is the best option for 6 or more adults OR anyone wanting dedicated service for the journey.
  • Child seats are available but they are not compulsory on our Queensland buses over 13 seats.
  • EG Enter 2 x B, 1 x RFR. Child seats must be booked ahead so we can allocate and install. B = booster, FFR = front facing baby seat, RFR = rear facing baby seat. Passengers may bring their own child seat at no charge.

  • Time your flight scheduled to arrive OR depart Cairns. All departures should book a shuttle allowing 3 hours from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport.

  • Oversize items are not strollers, prams and wheelchairs.

    Oversize are $20 each one way: golf bag, fishing gear, guitar, bike or bike bag, keyboard piano. Surfboards only allowed on our private transfer service.
