    On your return leg option to add $20 extra per group per drop off to Cairns Esplanade, Cairns ferry terminals, Greyhound Bus or Cairns accommodation. City does not include Woree, Manunda, White Rock, Earlville and Mooroobool which is outside our drop off area.

  • Our 10:00am service goes direct to Port Douglas. All other services via Cairns Airport (approx: 15 minutes detour) running on a fixed schedule service. All services bypass Palm Cove. Our standard vehicle is 13 seater Toyota HiAce.

  • Oversize items are not strollers, prams and wheelchairs which are carried at no charge.

    Oversize are $20 each one way: golf bag, fishing gear, guitar, bike or bike bag, keyboard piano. Surfboards are only permitted on our private transfer service.
  • Oversized items must be identified so your shuttle can provide the capacity. EG. One pram and one stroller. Please let us know so that we can allocate space. Only oversized items clearly identified on your booking are permitted on board your shuttle. Thank you for your assistance.

Standard local shuttle cost is $7-$8 per adult one way. These unlimited specials cost $10-$12 per day! Infants 0-3 travel free. Children are 4-15 inclusive.

  • Avoid 15 June 2025 - Cairns Ironman closes road 5:30am to 5:30pm
  • This is the time your flight departs Cairns Airport. Please enter 24 hours time format. EG 13:30. We will collect you from Port Douglas approx. 3 hours before your domestic flight departure. Your exact departure time will be confirmed to your email address 1-2 days before your departure.

  • Select "others" if you cannot find your accommodation in this list, and add details in notes at the end of this form. Standard pick up time is 10am unless noted in messages below. Please nominate a time. eg 10am, 11am, midday. We will confirm your exact pick up time by email 1-2 days before your departure.
  • Please allow 3 hours before your flight departs. We go direct from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport approx: 1 hour 15 mins no Palm Cove stop. Allowing 3 hours allows time for pick ups in Port Douglas, roadworks, potential delays or long queues when you arrive at the airport. If you miss your scheduled bus you will be allocated seats on the next scheduled bus.

    Time is when we commence picking up in Port Douglas. We will email your exact pick up time to approx: 5 minute slot before your transfer based on your accommodation location.
