We want your children to get the best care they can whilst at Baby Ducks and it’s important that we actively seek out and listen to what you have to say about us. We want to know what is working well and we also want to know how we can improve in the future. People will of course have different opinions and there are no guarantees that we will be able to put into place all of your suggestions. What we can promise, however, is that we will be open to your views and give them serious consideration. We will also give you feedback from the results of this questionnaire, identifying action points that have been made in light of our findings.
