Guidelines for Application

• Applications should include a letter of request and support materials, including a budget of the project and financial statements of the organization
• To be considered, the applicant must be located in Peel or the applicant’s request must directly benefit Mississauga residents.
• Rotary cannot fund ongoing operational activities.
• Rotary funding cannot be project critical (the project will fail or not go ahead without our funding).
• Rotary prefers fixed term projects or equipment with a one-year completion date.
• It is expected that recognition of Rotary’s assistance will be either attached to the item or the
program, which Rotary supports and recognized on social media.
• Funds must be used for the purpose described in the application unless a change is authorized by
the Rotary Club of Mississauga.
• Individual applications will only be considered if presented through a member of the Club.
